On Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV), Lion Fight Promotions sponsored a charity event to help raise funds for Three Square Food Bank and worked with the Capstone (TCA 490) 2012 class to showcase an amateur Muay Thai event on campus right outside of the Student Union.

The event was a first of its kind at UNLV, attracting hundreds of students in between classes and during their breaks, as well as local community and fight supporters who contributed in helping the event to raise funds for the charity.

A total of 10 amateur bouts were scheduled. The results of each bout are as follows:

Bout 1: Christopher Martin (McCoig’s Martial Arts / Las Vegas) defeats Chris Benites (Excel Defense / Las Vegas) by UD

Bout 2: Damien Jackson (Hard Knocks /Las Vegas) defeats Stanislav Iazarov (Nak Muay / Las Vegas) by UD

Bout 3: Natalie Morgan (Function5 Fitness / Los Angeles) defeats Julie Lauzon (Port Moody, BC CANADA) by UD

Bout 4: Raj Patel (Team Florez / La Puente) defeats Michael Herman (One Kick Gym / Las Vegas) by UD

Bout 5: Andrew Watson (Excel Defense / Las Vegas) defeats Jimry Yagao (Fight Capital / Las Vegas) by Split Decision

Bout 6: Jonathan Wyderko (Muay Thai of Colorado /Denver) defeats Chris Widlowski (One Kick Gym, Las Vegas) by TKO rd 1

Bout 7: Dustin Shaw (Function5 Fitness / Los Angeles) defeats Mana Cambra (ITAT Training Center / Las Vegas) by UD

Bout 8: Peet Van Deen (Hard Knocks / Las Vegas) defeats Dai Nguyen (Nak Muay / Las Vegas) by UD

Bout 9: Brian Del Rosario (Saekson Muay Thai / Van Nuys) defeats Ian Niechaj (Tapout) by UD

Bout 10: Dillan Viner (Hard Knocks / Las Vegas) defeats Mike Masterson (ITAT Training Center / Las Vegas) by TKO rd 1
