LAS VEGAS -Lion Fight Promotions today announced it will bring its thrilling, action-packed brand of traditional Muay Thai fighting back to The Joint inside the world famous Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for a night of fights on Saturday, Oct. 13 featuring WBC Light Heavyweight Interim World Muay Thai Champion Joe Schilling (13-3) vs. the aggressive and hard hitting Eddie Walker (8-1) as the headlining main event, and Joe Valtellini vs. Gregory Choplin as the featured co-main match-up.

Sanctioned by the World Boxing Council (WBC), tickets for Lion Fight’s WBC full rules Muay Thai event will go on sale Friday, September 14 beginning at 12 p.m. PT. Tickets will be available for purchase through the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino box office, at all Ticketmaster outlets (800-745-3000) and online atTicketmaster.com.

In the main event, the 28-year-old 6’2″ Schilling, regarded as one of the pound for pound best Muay Thai fighters in the sport willlook to put away his latest opponent, Eddie Walker, with his strength, experience and lightning quickness early on once the bell sounds.

Eddie “Showtime” Walker, known in the fighting circuit to hit like a heavyweight, has been waiting for the opportunity to show that he can measure up to Joe Schilling.

In the co-main event, the talented rising star from Toronto, Canada Joseph “Bazooka Joe” Valtellini  (6-0) will take on Muay Thai Champion Gregory Choplin from Paris, France (53-9) who is widely considered one of the best kickboxers in Europe.
